Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Govt. of India, has taken a “Green initiative in the Corporate Governance” by allowing paperless compliances by the Companies and has issued circular Nos.17/2011 dated 21/4/2011 and 18/2011 dated 29/4/2011 stating that the service of documents to shareholders by a Company can be made through electronic mode to the registered e-mail IDs of shareholders, thus reducing paper consumption and also contributing towards green environment. |

Keeping in view the underlying theme and to support this green initiative of Government in the right spirit, you are requested to fill the prescribed form (Click here for format), giving your consent to receive the Notices calling General Meetings, audited financial statements, auditor’s report, directors’ report, explanatory statement or any other communication in electronic mode and send the same along with self-attested photocopy of PAN Card to our registered office address. |

| In this regard your Company has already posted necessary letters on 5th June, 2014 to all shareholders separately. |

| If you are holding shares in DEMAT form, you are requested to REGISTERED/ UPDATE your E-mail ID with the Depository through your Depository Participants. |

| Kindly note that if you still wish to get a hard copy/physical copy of all the communications, the Company undertakes to provide the same at no extra cost to you.
